All rented cars must be returned to the exact branch/station where it was rented. Otherwise, the branch where the car was rented must be notified.
 

The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in the daily rate. Your responsibility for damage on the rented car is limited to US$ 500,- .You are required to make a security deposit to cover the CDW deductible. This deposit will be returned in full upon returning the car (if no damage was inflicted upon the rented vehicle). In case of vandalism, theft and/or joyriding you will be held responsible for the deductible of US$ 500,- .
 

The deductible can be lowered from US$ 500,- to US$ 100,- with an optional charge (FIP -Charge) of US$ 10,- a day.
 

In the event that you cause any damage to the vehicle while operating it under the influence of any substances, you shall assume full liability for all associated costs and repairs.
 

We accept payments or deposits in cash or by credit card either in dollars, euros or Nafl. 9% Sales Tax will be added to all rental charges.
 

All cars are delivered with a full tank of gasoline and must be returned with a full tank. If you fail to do so you will be charged US$12,- for every ⅛ of the tank the company needs to fill.
 

The vehicle can only be driven by the person who signed the rental agreement. An additional payment of US$ 5,- per day (per driver) is required if others are going drive the vehicle.
 

All rented cars must be returned on time to avoid late return charge.
 

All flat tires during the rental period have to be repaired by yourself. The car rental can provide this service (for a price of US$20,-). If you drive on an unpaved and/or sandy road you will be held accountable for all risks and costs including but not limited to damage, towing and cleaning. Your CDW insurance will be deducted automatically.
 

The car rental is not responsible for your loss of personal effects during the rental period.
 

In case of a lost car key you will be charged US$ 250,- 
 

You are responsible for all tickets, fines or charges given by the police, be it for reckless driving, speeding or otherwise.
 

We will charge you US$ 20,- if the car is dirty when it’s returned.

Visit or parking at the Watamula/Shete Boka area is at your own risk.
 

Driving in the Christophel Park is at your own risk. The insurance will not cover any damage incurred in the park, making you fully responsible for any damages to the vehicle.
 

Due to the new rules of Curaçao Airport Partners it is not possible to choose the airport as pick-up/drop-off location.
